Refund Policy

FacelessMotionAI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Credits are deducted from your balance when a generation request is submitted to our processing pipeline. We do not issue refunds or restore credits for:

• Generations that fail due to provider errors or timeouts.
• Generations that produce results you are unsatisfied with.
• Partial generations or incomplete outputs.
• Duplicate or accidental submissions.
• Any other generation outcome that does not meet your expectations.

This policy applies to all generation types: text-to-image, image editing, image-to-video, text-to-video, and storyboard scene generation.

Once a credit pack purchase is completed and credits are added to your account, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for unused credits under any circumstances, including if you decide to stop using the Platform or if your account is terminated for a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

The only exception to this policy is in the event of a billing error — for example, if you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical fault on our part, or if your payment processor charged you more than once for the same transaction. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, please contact our support team so we can review the issue. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that does not qualify under Section 4 above.
