Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what content you may generate, upload, and use on FacelessMotionAI (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy in full. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and termination without refund.

You may not use the Platform’s AI generation features to create, upload, distribute, or promote any of the following:

2.1 Sexually Explicit Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery or video.
• Content that sexualizes minors in any form. This will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Content marketed or described using terms such as “uncensored,” “no filter,” “NSFW,” or “unfiltered generation.”

2.2 Deepfakes and Identity Manipulation

• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content of any kind.
• AI-generated content designed to impersonate, defame, or manipulate the likeness of any real individual without their explicit consent.
• Content intended to deceive viewers into believing fabricated events involving real people actually occurred.

2.3 Harmful and Illegal Content

• Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Content that facilitates or glorifies terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Any content that is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.

All text prompts submitted to the Platform are automatically screened against our content policy before generation begins. Prompts that violate this AUP will be rejected and will not consume your credits. We reserve the right to review generated content and take action against accounts that attempt to circumvent our moderation systems.

FacelessMotionAI is designed for:

• Creating faceless content for YouTube, social media, and online education.
• Generating animated storyboard videos for marketing, storytelling, and explainer content.
• AI-assisted image and video production for legitimate creative and commercial projects.

Use of the Platform for any purpose outside its intended scope, or in a manner that could harm users, third parties, or the Platform itself, is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this AUP, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Actions we may take include:

• Immediate suspension of generation capabilities.
• Permanent account termination without refund of unused credits.
• Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law.

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
